We’re looking for an energetic, optimistic people leader that will ensure scalability and sustainability of ntegrity’s most valuable asset: our high-performing team members! You will do this by scaling our HR systems, protecting and enriching our culture and most importantly leading efforts to attract, retain and develop our people.
We are still a small business (12 staff in Melbourne and 10 remote) so this role requires a highly strategic leader that loves to roll up their sleeves. If you are used to a larger bureaucratic environment with significant worker bee support – this isnt the role for you. We’re looking for someone who wants to be doing exceptional, meaningful “hands on” work that stretches you professionally.
This role is currently part-time but it is anticipated that it will grow into full-time and you will determine when that is best. This is not a traditional, 9-5 office-based role. You can split your hours across multiple days, and work/life balance is important to us.
