Founded in 2012 by Richenda Vermeulen, ntegrity emerged from her experience working inside nonprofits across the U.S. and Australia, where she pioneered digital strategies that drove both social change and revenue growth. Her time in the sector revealed a critical gap: agency partners were often focused on short-term results, with little expertise in building long-term impact. Refusing to accept the status quo, she launched a new kind of agency—built to challenge outdated models and empower nonprofits to grow sustainably and succeed in a digital world.

Today, ntegrity is an international team of nonprofit professionals and agency experts, united by a shared passion for helping nonprofits break free from short-term thinking. We bring together strategists with firsthand nonprofit fundraising experience and digital and creative powerhouses with experience growing global brands.
