In June 2012, I decided to take the plunge.
I resigned from a job I loved—leading a marketing team at World Vision—to pursue a challenge I felt called to: to create an agency with a difference.
The agencies I had worked with in the past just didn’t get it—they were too focused on the short-term, loved the sound of their own voice, and had no interest in coming alongside brands and getting their hands dirty.
I wanted to start an agency that was different. An agency that truly listened, and actually helped solve their client’s pain points.
So when it was time to pick a name, I picked a promise.
In the five years since our team has become one of Australia’s most recognised and awarded digital agencies. We’ve built a reputation for being action-oriented, client-focused, and values-driven. We’ve worked with hundreds of companies and causes, helping them become more successful and more confident. We’ve commissioned and published research on digital success, to help us deeply understand the challenges of Australian companies.
And true to our ethos, we’ve recently launched ntegrity academy, a training course to help address the digital skills gap in Australia.
