This year, we undertook research to better understand the key drivers of digital marketing success, surveying 300+ digital marketers, and interviewing leaders at some of Australia’s most innovative companies. We wanted to see what separated the achievers from the rest.

2017: Key challenges of Australian companies in the digital space

After years of working with hundreds of companies, we’ve learned that even the best digital strategy will sit on the shelf if an organisation does not have the right internal conditions for digital success.

Since the elements of digital success had never been quantified in Australia, we took up the challenge.

After interviewing 168 Aussie organisations on their digital culture we found that business outcomes are boosted when organisations had what we’re calling ‘digital confidence‘.
