Tearfund: Restorers

Will you help bring restoration?

Conflict. Climate change. Injustice.

Overwhelming challenges that need a long-term solution.

Tearfund and their 53 global partners fuel transformation in the hardest places facing the toughest challenges all over the world. But ending poverty and injustice won’t happen overnight. In order to make lasting change possible, Tearfund needed to grow a sustainable, effective, flexible, and regular funding source.

Tackling the big crises.

ntegrity helped Tearfund build a refreshed regular giving product that aligned with their mission and revenue goals.

We started with a deep-dive discovery that gave us core insights about their donors and potential donors. We found thatpeople were looking to outwork their faith in a holistic way.Not just through donating, but also through learning, advocating, growing, and listening.

We imagined a community of Restorers

Who are they? They are active, hope-filled Christians committed to transformation and renewal — even in the hard places. These regular donors will help Tearfund’s partners provide relief, restoration, revitalisation and so much more through a deep and rich relationship with Tearfund.

Building a generous community.

Restorers is more than just a name, and is more than just a fundraising product.

It is a community of people ignited for change.

Restorers is a well-defined regular giving product that is based on research, strategic thinking, and creative branding. Most importantly, it hasa clear donor promise that ensures Tearfund’s donors would want to get involved and be a part of this community of regular givers.

Re-specting the donor.

Every single piece of creative, communications and marketing puts the recipient and donor first. Whether it was on the landing page, the emails or in the brand guidelines, we helped connect this passionate community to those who deeply care about bringing hope to the hard places.

And established a thorough and detailed journey that wouldn’t just acquire new donors, but keep them engaged for the long-term.
