Meet our new Operations Manager!

We’re so thrilled to welcome and introduce a new member to the ntegrity family, Rebecca Thornton!

 Rebecca Thornton

A leader in the health industry with over 15 years experience, Rebecca has lead major healthcare providers through a much needed digital transformation. Her previous role at InfoMedix as a project manager allowed her to champion large healthcare providers to cut through their fear of change and completely revolutionalised how they maintained their medical records.

With over a decade in technology, it’s clear that Rebecca lives and breathes digital – a perfect fit for ntegrity. She has stepped into the role as our new Operations Manager where she leads our operations. A diverse role from ensuring all team members are happy, maintaining financial sustainability, ensuring our work exceeds client expectations and maximising the company’s efficiency.

“Values of honesty and transparency drew me to ntegrity”, she says. “Joining this team allows me to be closer to the forefront of digital while aligning to my personal values. I am eager to push myself and this business through rapid growth and It’s been fascinating to see the impact digital marketing can have on our clients. It’s been a good transition from pushing big organisations to change, to keeping up with the demand of a small, fast, growing agency.”

ntegrity’s founder and director, Richenda Vermeulen has been so thrilled to have found Rebecca. “It’s been a delight (and absolute relief!) to have Rebecca join our team. Her deep project management expertise has been the fresh set of eyes we’ve needed to ensure sustainable growth. She’s also become one of the most loved team members, always compassionate and committed to both our team and our clients. We are lucky to have her”

Be sure to keep an eye out for her and give her shout!
