Senior Digital Strategist

As our lead Strategist, you will work closely with the ntegrity Director and our dedicated team of local and international social media specialists. Examples of what you’ll do

*owning your client relationships, coordinating and delivering client outcomes

*creating and implementing digital strategies and building social media channels

*working with our Partnership Manager through identifying and chasing new opportunities

*training and mentoring our junior strategists

*managing the ntegrity blog and social media channels

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone exceptional who is passionate about being part of something new and agile, who enjoys a challenge. What’s really important to us;

*a passion for data driven results and a desire to help businesses grow (ours and our clients’)

*experience using radian6, facebook, twitter, and google analytics

*experience growing online communities through crafting compelling content and advertising

*experience managing online communities of 100,000+ people

*at least 2 years experience as a social media manager or community manager

*at least 2 years experience working at a not-for-profit or with not-for-profit clients

*at least 5 years experience in marketing (preferably digital marketing)

*high level oral and written and communication skills, attention to detail obsessed

*an ability to get things done: on task, on time, ensuring all stakeholders are informed
