And we’re looking for some stellar talent to join our Australian team from Bali, where we are currently recruiting a small team alongside our partner agency Luminary.

About the role

The Social Media Advertising Specialist will join our team of over 35 digital specialists to develop,  oversee and maintain high quality performance across our digital advertising campaigns and unlock the growth of our purpose-driven clients, with a focus on paid social.

You will oversee campaign set-up, delivery and account growth, as well as create digital media plans and implementation plans. 

You will work with the wider team to ensure a high quality of client deliverables, maximise campaign results and ensure client satisfaction within scope of work.

About you

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns within an agency

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced knowledge of:

    • Facebook  Ads

    • Instagram Ads

    • LinkedIn Ads

    • Pinterest Ads

  • Experience in managing and optimising high-achieving digital campaigns and/or SEO projects to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Experience providing reports, analysing data and providing insights on results.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and without guidance.

  • Results and goal oriented approach - motivated to deliver strong results for client campaigns and projects.

  • Ability to maintain high standards across campaigns 

  • Desired but not essential: Experience working in or with not-for-profits, including familiarity with the Google Grants program.

On a day-to-day basis you will be:

  • Developing holistic paid search strategies that incorporate both organic social and paid social, including other channels where relevant. 

  • Providing quality assurance and clear feedback on other team members’ work to ensure a high quality of output within their digital campaign or project.

  • Supporting strategy projects that require specialised paid social contributions when required.
