About the role

We’re looking for a senior SEO specialist to join our team! 

This role will join our team of over 25 digital specialists reporting to our Head of Performance. Additionally, you won’t be a solo expert. We currently have 2 staff that are focused on SEO,  you will play a key role providing Search leadership to our team and to our clients.

Search engines continue to be the biggest drivers of high-value traffic for charities and commercial organisations alike, that’s why ntegrity is looking for a strategic minded search engine optimisation expert with good knowledge of search engine marketing for this newly created role. 

You will lead search strategies and performance for our clients across some of the largest and most innovative organisations in Australia, advising them on how to increase their organic search traffic while also using paid search and, where appropriate, Google Grants to increase search visibility and clicks.  

What type of search are we talking about?

Organic search

With a deep understanding of technical, on-page and off-site SEO, you’ll identify new opportunities and develop SEO strategies for our clients, then guide the implementation of these strategies over time. The majority of our work is retainer-based and we have multi-year partnerships with clients, so we are helping them grow for the long term. This means you’ll be able to see your SEO strategies deliver results over several years, not on a month-by-month basis. 

You’ll work across a range of technologies and platforms, from WordPress to JavaScript single page applications. Through it all, you’ll champion best practices for our clients and provide recommendations on how to achieve top rankings for high-priority keywords and increase organic traffic.  

Paid search

Working with our paid search specialists, you’ll identify opportunities for our clients to use search ads most effectively to reach their objectives. You will contribute to holistic search campaigns that supplement and enhance our clients’ acquisition journey and deliver value to their organisations, with the goal to increase volume and reduce cost per transaction across both paid and organic search (including Google Grants where applicable). 

Google Ads qualifications are highly desirable.

About you

What we’re looking for: 

  • 5-10 years of relevant SEO experience

  • You are an expert in organic and are comfortable developing strategies and driving optimisations for new site launches, site migrations, campaigns and always-on digital activity

  • You’re confident using SEO planning and optimisation tools

  • You’re comfortable with data and being able to leverage data to find search opportunities 

  • You hold a Google Analytics certification. Google Ads Search and Google Ads Measurement certifications are highly desirable. 

  • Not-for-profit experience is desirable, but not a requirement

  • You are eligible to work in Australia and in the Melbourne timezone

  • 1-3 years of experience managing paid search accounts, including experience with Google Grants (highly desirable)

On a day-to-day basis, you will be:

  • Developing search strategies for our NFP clientbase

  • Reporting on key performance metrics

  • Advising our clients on search best practices 

  • Collaborating with client’s Development teams to ensure new releases adhere to SEO best practices

  • Coordinating with content teams to identify new content opportunities and develop search-optimised content

  • Keeping your skills sharp by staying ahead of SEO trends, and sharing your knowledge with the ntegrity  team and with our clients
