Senior Digital Performance Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a senior digital performance manager to join our team! 

This role will join our team of over 25 digital specialists reporting to our Head of Performance. Additionally, you won’t be flying solo. We currently have 5 staff providing campaign strategies, running campaigns and providing clear reporting insights. You will play a key role within our digital performance team, servicing charities and not-for-profits to make a difference in the world.

Assisting our clients to grow their impact through digital campaigns, paid search and social managements is central to our agency success. That’s why ntegrity is looking for a strategically minded, experienced digital campaign expert to oversee campaign recommendations, audit existing campaigns and provide support for other members of the team. We are an established agency but would love an experienced agency campaigns manager to input into our processes and improve our results.

What your existing skills should be

Key digital advertising channel recommendations & implementation

You will hold deep experience in planning, executing, optimising and reporting on digital campaigns. This will translate into support for other members on the team, reviewing their proposals and campaigns, as well as the ability to work on the tools.

Strategic advice to clients

Strategy is central to the work we do for our clients. You will have a strategic mindset and curious mind to look for growth opportunities for our clients. You will input into larger strategic projects that require digital advertising, channel planning or SEM auditing input.

Google Ads, Facebook and Google Analytics qualifications are highly desirable.

About you

What we’re looking for: 

  • 5-10 years of relevant SEM, Social & Display experience

  • You are experienced in setting up, optimising campaigns to drive measurable results for campaigns. 

  • You have experience working with clients within eCommerce or similar transaction based campaigns

  • You’re comfortable with explaining campaign strategies and results with clients including strong insights and recommendations

  • You have experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and other, similar digital media platforms. Google Grants experience is desirable.

  • Experience using Google products for analysis including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio

  • Not-for-profit experience is desirable, but not a requirement

  • You are eligible to work in Australia and in the Melbourne timezone

On a day-to-day basis, you will be:

  • Engaging with the sharpest not-for-profit marketing and fundraising campaigns in Australia

  • Delivering clear digital advertising strategies for our NFP clientbase using specific search, display, social and native recommendations

  • Reporting on key performance metrics with insight and recommendations to build our client results

  • Advising our clients on digital advertising best practices, especially within the fundraising space

  • Provide senior insight and develop the knowledge of staff within the digital performance team

  • Looking for opportunities to improve our agency processes to build on client campaign results.
