And we’re looking for some stellar talent to join our Australian team from Bali, where we are currently recruiting a small team alongside our partner agency Luminary.

About the role

As our Senior Designer, you will work alongside ntegrity's Creative Team to design digital and print assets to a high standard, on-time and within scope. 

You will design for a variety of not-for-profit and for-purpose clients on projects ranging from branding and content creation, right through to campaigns and signature events.

This is a role where you can flex your creativity and expertise, never get bored, and make a difference for clients changing the world for the better.

About you

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Up to 6-8 years of industry experience.

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Adobe suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign).

  • Experience making concepts come alive across digital, email, OOH and print media.

  • An understanding of social media/digital platforms and design best practice.

  • Able to manage multiple projects at one time, using time management skills to prioritise and meet deliverables deadlines on time and within scope.

  • An outstanding portfolio with high quality, considered design, as well as your ability to innovate when adapting designs to various mediums.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects or as part of a team and take art direction.

  • An interest in UX/UI best practice for the digital experience and understand the ever growing need for mobile first design.

  • HTML5 or motion-based design (GIF, animation, keyframes) experience is desirable.

  • Able to work within the Google Suite.

On a day-to-day basis you will be:

  • Designing for concepts, creative strategies, and pitches.

  • Rolling out designs across various digital and print mediums to product specifications.

  • Ensuring all designs delivered meet client and agency standards. 

  • Implementing and recommending design and advertising best practices.

  • Providing project updates within project management tools.
