People Operations Manager

A bit about ntegrity

ntegrity helps good grow.

We do this by giving not-for-profits and ethical organisations a louder voice, and helping them reach people who don’t yet know their story —  so the difference they make, makes a bigger difference.

Our services focus on strategy, creative, and media management.

About the role

We help good grow and we need a People Operations Manager to help us grow from 35 people to 80 people over the next 4 years across Australasia.

This role is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and the non-profit organizations we serve.

You will work directly with the CEO to help scale our HR function, including recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development and upgrading systems, working policies and how we work (Our HQ in Melbourne and remote teams across 6 countries).

The role will be challenging, while working hours are moderate... our challenges are significant. Our client’s budgets are small, the cost to serve is high, margins are slim and our care factor is high. As a leadership team, it’s a daily juggle to balance efficiency with impact while facilitating a kind, caring and generous culture in a highly productive environment.

Our ideal candidate is a dynamic culture builder, loves a challenge and has a passion for making an impact... balanced alongside a strategic, systemic approach for supporting high-performance teams.

This role is 0.8FTE or full time and based in Melbourne.
