And we’re looking for some stellar talent to join our Australian team from Bali, where we are currently recruiting a small team alongside our partner agency Luminary.

About the role

As our Motion Designer & Video Editor, you will work with ntegrity's Creative Team to create animations and video content for organisations covering important issues like poverty and homelessness, climate change, cancer research, and mental health. 

In this role, you will be using your video skills for good! You can flex your creativity and expertise, never get bored, and make a difference for clients changing the world for the better.

About you

We’re looking for someone with:

  • At least 3-5 years industry experience as an animator/ motion designer for creative teams or agencies.

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent editing skills

  • Experience using animation templates

  • Proficient in Adobe suite - Premiere and After Effects.

  • Proficient in typography (design skills desirable)

  • Passionate about motion — animation, film, cinemagraphs and GIFs — and you’re bursting with creative concepts and fresh ideas for bringing artwork to life.

  • A team player who enjoys collaboration, putting ideas forward and bringing positive energy.

  • The ability to work at a fast pace and prioritise multiple projects.

  • Proficient at storytelling in short form and creating cohesive edits using multiple sources.

  • An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates effective and creative video design and editing

Bonus but not essential:

  • An eye for colour grading 

  • Experience in delivering social content editing 

  • Ability to animate in HTML5

  • NFP sector experience

On a day-to-day basis you will be:

  • Create compelling animation and video for not-for-profits and ethical companies

  • Adapt in-house creative to add motion elements across social media, TVC, and longer form content

  • Work with mixed media, including existing footage, still photography, static design 

  • Create kinetic text and text-based animations

  • Take art direction and create video executions that grab attention, drive awareness, and raise funds

  • Identify and bring in innovative design elements (motion/GIF/animation/interactivity/etc.) where appropriate

  • Ensuring all designs delivered meet client and agency standards and producing finished artwork to production specifications.
