We’re looking for a Junior Copywriter to join our team.

Words can inspire, inform, change minds, empty wallets, and do a whole lot of good. But they need the right person to wrangle them. At ntegrity we work with not-for-profits and for-purpose organisations to help good grow — and we’re on the look out for a new Junior Copywriter.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll be a key member of our creative team doing everything from rolling out digital campaigns, developing concepts, and writing long form copy.

You’ll have the chance to learn from 25 digital specialists who will jump-start your copywriting career, help you create a portfolio you can be proud of, and provide a diverse range of learning opportunities.

About you:

Here's what we're looking for:

  • A creative and enthusiastic thinker.

  • Someone with a firm grasp of grammar, language and a love of English.

  • Familiarity with social and digital advertising.

  • A conceptual thinker with a portfolio full of potential (happy to see spec work).

  • Not-for-profit experience would be great, but not a requirement.

  • Relevant degree or at least 1 years’ experience.

  • You are eligible to work in Australia and in the Melbourne timezone.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Write top-notch copy across social, websites, email, blog posts, video scripts, etc.

  • Jump between clients and change your tone of voice to match.

  • Collaborate with designers.

  • Work closely with our Creative Director and Senior Copywriter.

  • Receive briefs and think strategically about how best to answer them.

  • Come up with campaign concepts that grab attention.

  • Proofread work.
