We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team!

Words can inspire, inform, change minds, and do a whole lot of good. But they need the right person to wrangle them. At ntegrity we work with not-for-profits and for-purpose organisations to help good grow — and we’re on the look out for a new Content Marketing Manager. 


Reporting to the BD & Marketing Lead, this role is pivotal to making our growth for good efforts 'famous' across NFPs in Australia, enhancing existing clients relationships through valuable content and generating new high quality leads that will turn into new business.

About you:

  • A creative and enthusiastic thinker.

  • Someone with a firm grasp of grammar, language and a love of English.

  • Experience in social and digital advertising.

  • Strong understanding of a wide range of digital channels and marketing technology, both implementing and using.

  • Strong project management skills. 

  • Willing and proactive learner (both formal and self-directed).

  • Positive, open and honest communication style.

  • Results and goal oriented approach.

  • A strong work ethic and be a genuine team player.

  • Love of data, and ability to dive into Google Analytics and ad platforms to find and translate data.

  • Relevant degree or at least 1 years’ experience.

  • You are eligible to work in Australia and are based in Melbourne for hybrid work arrangements. 

On a day-to-day basis you will: 

  • Develop and implement a 12-month content marketing calendar aligned to our strategy 

  • Write top-notch copy across social, websites, email, blog posts, resources etc

  • Execute & launch (through a campaign) our refreshed brand across our channels (internal & external)

  • Manage our weekly Instagram Lives and recorded interviews with industry leaders that will feed into our content strategy

  • Manage our annual submissions to awards and industry events

  • Set up and manage digital advertising on social and search to drive high quality leads and grow our email list

  • Maintain monthly & quarterly reporting of our marketing to present to BD&M Lead and the management team

  • Inspire the team to collaborate and input into our content marketing 

  • Playing a key role in “helping good grow” enabling ntegrity to make a bigger difference helping even more not-for-profits and for-purpose businesses to grow and have positive impact
