Customer Success Manager: Strategy

About the role

We’re looking for a Client Success & Strategy manager to join our team!

This role will join our team of over 25 digital specialists, and will report to our Client Success Lead, working on developing and implementing digital, fundraising and campaign strategies to unlock the growth potential of our purpose-driven clients.

As part of this work, we develop and deliver digital strategies, next-gen fundraising strategies, and campaign strategies that combine deep market insights with clear, focused implementation. That’s why we’re looking for a marketing strategist with fundraising experience who is skilled at building excellent relationships and leading projects through to completion.

This newly-created role works across the development and implementation stages of strategy, driving long-term partnerships. In other words, while most agencies step away once a strategy project is delivered, you’ll get to steer its implementation and see real-world results.

What type of strategies are we talking about?

Digital strategies

We work with clients to develop digital strategies that provide insights into their brand, market and audiences, identify unique opportunities for growth through digital, and give clear steps to implement these strategies through multi-year projects.

Next-gen fundraising strategies

Our fundraising strategies start from a deep understanding of how and why people donate to charities. We combine audience research with fundraising trends to deliver strategies that include digital fundraising, traditional approaches, and regular giving products, then work with organisations to make these come to life.

Campaign strategies

Whether it’s a Christmas campaign, a lead-generation project or an end of financial year appeal, our campaign strategies provide targeted recommendations, creative and messaging that drives action, and channel plans to reach the right people at the right time.

Whether it’s a six-week campaign or a three-year digital strategy, the client success strategists works across both the strategy development and the implementation phases, ensuring consistency in delivering the project successfully. You’ll work with ntegrity’s Digital Performance, Creative and Strategy teams to plan and execute projects to implement strategies, work closely with our clients to guide these initiatives, and identify new opportunities within and beyond each project.

About you

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital strategy and fundraising

  • You have a strong understanding of digital marketing, with experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • You have working knowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media advertising, search advertising, SEO, email marketing, etc) and understand how to use multiple platforms to deliver digital marketing campaigns and fundraising appeals.

  • You understand the value of process and clear communication, and enjoy working with a wide range of people and roles, from digital marketers to CEOs.

  • You are eligible to work in Australia and in the Melbourne timezone

On a day-to-day basis you will...

  • Work with our Strategy team to develop digital marketing strategies for some of Australia’s most well-known not-for-profits and for-purpose businesses

  • Meet with clients to deliver project updates and advise them on opportunities and risks in the implementation of their digital strategy

  • Deliver projects that have real impact on organisations: fundraising strategies, email journeys, website content, audience insight reports.
