Campaign Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic Campaign Manager to join our team.

This role is a mid/senior level, and will report to our Performance lead.

We are open to full-time, part-time or contract term applicants

About you

You are an experienced account manager and/or campaign manager who can effectively manage the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and projects. You excel at building client relationships by interpreting needs and requirements in order to build compelling proposals. Preferably you have experience at a not-for-profit organisation, working in fundraising &/or at an agency.

You are a gun in end-to-end client and campaign management including:

Developing and presenting campaign strategies and recommendations to clients based on personal and team experience in high performance digital campaigns

Writing clear briefs and overseeing a creative team to deliver assets that drive performance

Project management of campaign resourcing to deliver on time and within budget

Nurturing and growing a number of key client accounts

Working successfully with partner agencies and internal teams (Strategy, Creative, BD/marketing and Implementation)

The essentials

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering digital marketing campaigns with positive ROI

  • Ability to develop digital media strategy and plan

  • Proven track record in nurturing client relationships to grow accounts

  • Strong strategy and project management skills

  • Solid understanding of digital channels and tactics including SEO, SEM, programmatic display and social media

  • Demonstrated experience in briefing the production of high quality digital assets

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrated experience of communicating effectively at all levels

  • Eligibility to work in Australia (citizen or PR)

Also a plus!

  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector

  • High level experience as a copywriter/writer

  • Relevant tertiary qualification/s (writing, journalism, marketing, communications or related field)

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role with demonstration of an energetic approach to digital marketing, and ability to manage workflows

  • Prior agency experience

  • Prior people management experience
