The Role

We’re looking for an energetic, optimistic leader that can work with our team to scale our current sales systems and bring in new business. Our current growth (although strong) has been organic due to the high quality of our services and it’s subsequent word of mouth referrals.

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, we need a BDM that has significant experience understanding digital channels and technology.  However, you are not alone. We know sustainable growth is a team effort. Each team member understands hunting and farming, no matter their level of responsibility and expertise.  

You will have a pool of people to work, so being a team player is a must.

What you’ll do

  • Develop a vision and strategy for ntegrity to hit its core sales targets in align with our existing growth strategy
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and keep our pipeline healthy.
  • Respond to client pitches and briefs, developing digital strategy solutions alongside ntegrity strategists
  • Scale our existing sales and marketing process and systems.
  • Work closely with our CEO and Head of Marketing to align our PR and marketing activity to sales targets
  • Provide guidance and encouragement to ntegrity strategists across their existing accounts
  • Be an active member in ntegrity operations, from quarterly strategy days to weekly work-in-progress meetings

About You

Ideally, you have…

  • A desire to grow a digital business focused on meaningful results  for its clients.
  • Significant experience developing innovative, custom solutions for c-suite leaders.
  • An understanding of digital marketing and digital channels – you consider yourself a digital strategist.
  • 3+ years  experience working in a professional services business or agency.
  • An understanding of the government and not-for-profit sector.
  • A passion for working in teams and developing strong partnerships.
  • The desire to be challenged, to learn and grow.
