We’re looking for an energetic, optimistic leader that can work with our team to scale our current sales systems and bring in new business. Our current growth (although strong) has been organic due to the high quality of our services and it’s subsequent word of mouth referrals.
Due to the bespoke nature of our services, we need a BDM that has significant experience understanding digital channels and technology. However, you are not alone. We know sustainable growth is a team effort. Each team member understands hunting and farming, no matter their level of responsibility and expertise.
You will have a pool of people to work, so being a team player is a must.
