Are you our next Digital Strategist?

Copy of Ntegrity-Kyneton-9868

Like most seasoned digital strategists in Australia, you’re frustrated by the lack of progression in digital thinking in Australia. IKR!

You’re tired of reporting on vanity metrics dressed up as results. You’re fed up with the “make this TVC into a digital campaign” mindset. You’re sick of contributing to the digital marketing distress with buzzwords that are designed to confuse or alienate your clients and colleagues.

We hear you. We see it all too often. And that’s why ntegrity exists – we want to connect people like you to businesses that are in need of a positive digital transformation, and are sometimes afraid to do so. You’re the strategist with the skills and experience that can see it happen and can make it happen.

We are looking for a part-time strategist that will embrace our ethos, grow with our team and propel our consultancy into the leading digital voice in the country.  Someone who delights in identifying, educating and empowering our clients to confidently take control of their digital destinies.

What you’ll do – Pioneer digital transformation

  • Analyse data and work with lead thinkers to create digital strategies that solve business problems.
  • Present strategies to C-suite executives, obtaining buy-in and influencing them to become digital leaders.
  • Work with our team and our clients’ teams to execute strategy.

What we are looking for – A digital all-rounder with an ability to influence

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of influencing marketing leadership.
  • Experience building customer journey driven digital strategies.
  • Flawless writing and communication skills.
  • Experience in all digital channels and their optimisation techniques.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, and someone who enjoys working closely with others.

Location: Melbourne CBD

Remuneration: Pay is geared towards client results and is a great opportunity for a high performer who wants to grow their income – ntegrity shares risk and reward with its team. If you are looking to make a move to get a pay rise – this isn’t the job for you.
